Goods sold are not returnable unless products are defective or due to wrong shipment.
You may return NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING items sold by LittleGaga ♥ within 7 days of Carrier/ Postal Delivery delivery. Defective goods may be exchanged for the same item. The shipping cost for returnable item shall be borne by the Customer.
If the return item is a result of our error, please inform us and we will guide you through the process.
Items that are Not Exchangeable & ReturnableLittleGaga ♥ does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are Special Sales/Offers
- Merchandises more than 7 days after delivery.
- Free Gift
- Not in NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING
- Items purchased from sellers other than LittleGaga ♥
